How to Enroll
1. Fill out all contact information below and specify your preferred course and dates in the message section. Multiple people can sign up on this page by adding their full names and contact details.
2. Please be sure to click on the links below for important information regarding scuba diving forms which must be filled out prior to participation. Minors require a parent/guardian signature.

3. There are several ways to pay in advance: Credit Card, Wise, PayPal, G-Cash, or Bank Transfer. Please specify your preferred payment method when submitting contact info.
4. A ₱5,000 deposit secures your space and activates course codes for online academic portions. (NOT APPLICABLE TO INTRO TO SCUBA DIVING EXPERIENCE)

Important: Upon receipt of your Activation Code, you can begin your new or continuing scuba diving adventure right away in the comfort of your home! Each course has an online academic portion that must be completed as part of the training.
*NAUI Release forms are also available in French, Arabic, Russian, Korean, Spanish, German, Chinese, and Italian. Please let us know if you need forms in any of these languages.
5. Receive Activation Code
Once payment is confirmed, you’ll receive your Activation Code to begin your online academic training.
6. Create NAUI Account
Go to naui.org/enroll, create a free account, then activate your course using your Activation Code. Use Affiliate Number AF1343.
7. Complete Online Academics
Work through your online materials at your own pace. 100% completion means you’ve finished the academics portion.
8. Download NAUI App
Install the NAUI App before your first Open Water dives. This is required for your digital certification card.
